WHO ARE WE?
We started out in 2003 simply offering two employee benefits that protected employees’ identity and legal rights. We had a product that we truly believed in and all we did was try to get that out to as many people as possible. However, along the way we discovered that we were really good at training people on how to protect themselves from identity theft and data breaches.
We started focusing more on being the solution for staff development. Today, we still offer those same great employee benefits that we started with, but now we’re so much more than that. We’re the missing piece in keeping your employees and students safe.
ORGANIZATIONS WHO LOVED US:
OUR TEAM
MARK SEGUIN
FOUNDER/CEO
Mark is a husband and father of five. As the founder of TBG Solutions Inc., he develops strategies, training and awareness programs to help employees, staff, and students safely navigate the Internet and the ever-changing world of social media. Mark’s identity was stolen as a child, and from that experience, Mark recognized the rising rate of identity theft resulting from a lack of data security within companies and organizations and the devastating consequences individuals and organizations face. These factors influenced Mark to build what is now a cutting-edge security and risk management training company.
HEATHER ANTHONY
CLIENT DEVELOPMENT
Heather Anthony specializes in client development at TBG Solutions, Inc. Heather grew up in the Midwest and her down to earth personality relates well with various client backgrounds. She graduated from college in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science - Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and has been in some form of risk management for the majority of her career.
Heather has worked in the student loan arena, also servicing retirement plans including employer-sponsored 401k planning and managing key employee contributions of the companies.
After her short break from her career to be a full-time mom, Heather saw the many benefits and challenges that evolved from Social Media and combining that with kids and the new phenomenon of smartphones. Heather attended one of the parent sessions at her daughter’s school that TBG Solutions was at and realized some of the negative impacts Social Media could have on students, teachers, and parents and wanted to make a difference. Her passion for educating and sharing our message is how she became connected with TBG Solutions, Inc. She now primarily calls on schools to share our training programs and enjoys the lasting impact it’s having on our communities.
