Who Are We?

We started out in 2003 simply offering two employee benefits that protected employees’ identity and legal rights. We had a product that we truly believed in and all we did was try to get that out to as many people as possible.

However, along the way we discovered that we were really good at training people on how to protect themselves from identity theft and data breaches. We started focusing more on being the solution for staff development.

Today, we still offer those same great employee benefits that we started with, but now we’re so much more than that. We’re the missing piece in keeping  your employees safe.

How we do it:

We create a fun, energetic (dare we say – entertaining) atmosphere where employees are engaged in the training session and not dozing off as facts and figures fly over their heads. They really start to take in the information that we are presenting and they begin to feel the gravity of the potential consequences.

Then we weave in powerful videos and stories of people who were not being proactive in keeping themselves safe and it’s then that the light bulb really goes on. Employees realize that living in a world of “oh, that could never happen to me,” is dangerous. Taking safety precautions is necessary as we travel through the minefield of life.

We change employees’ thinking which results in a change in behavior and now they’re able to effectively manage the risk that is present in their everyday lives.

As Zig Ziglar once said, “The only thing worse than training your employees and having them leave, is not training them and having them stay.”
